The National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) has formally opened the 2025 application procedure.

Applications are now open and will close on 15 December 2024.

To qualify for NSFAS funding, an applicant should satisfy the subsequent requirements:

• Be a South African citizen or copyright who arises from a home having a combined gross home income that doesn't exceed R350 000 per annum.

• Individuals with disabilities qualify if their combined house profits does not exceed R600 000 per annum.

• SASSA recipients automatically qualify for funding and need not post any proof of income.

*** Loan Scheme for the Missing Middle
